HR Specialist Payroll & Controlling (alle Geschlechter)

We are looking for a committed personality who reliably ensures high quality in payroll processing, personnel (cost) planning and reporting for our Germany organization and who  is willing to grow on and with diverse new tasks and systems in the area of HR Shared Services.
Your responsibilities:
  • Monthly payroll accounting and contact person for all payroll-related topics for a defined area of responsibility
  • Consideration of collective agreements and company regulations in payroll accounting
  • Calculation of company pensions and administration of the company pension scheme
  • Support of internal and external audits
  • Responsible for certificates and further correspondence with social security institutions, offices and authorities
  • Timely HR reporting including preparation of ad-hoc reports
  • Preparation of the annual HR planning processes and the HR budget
  • Maintenance and administration of HR systems as well as participation in their further development
  • Deputy for the team lead Payroll & Shared Services
Your profile:
  • Completed commercial training, ideally with an additional qualification in human resources management
  • Several years of sound professional experience in payroll accounting, ideally in a manufacturing company
  • Sound knowledge of tax, labor and social security law
  • Experience in creating and preparing reports or in controlling
  • High affinity for data and IT, experience with ATOSS time recording is an advantage
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
  • Good knowledge of English and German at native language level
  • Teamplayer with an independent, structured and precise way of working
  • Engagement, service orientation and high reliability
